The Surface Pro 12-inch debuted on May 6, 2025, at Microsoft’s Copilot+ launch event and was available for shipping starting May 20, 2025.

This new Copilot+ PC features the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus processor, an all-new ultra-portable design, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, and all-day battery life. It comes in Violet, Ocean, and Platinum finishes and is offered in two configurations:

  • 16 GB RAM/256 GB SSD for $799.99
  • 16 GB RAM/512 GB SSD for $899.99
